    Position: Test Package Coordinator
    Department: Quality Control/Piping

    My roles and responsibilities are:

    1- Coordinate the achievement of the plant piping test circuits completion as defined in the
    project plans and schedules by commissioning team.
    2- Monitoring the field piping completion activities in an orderly manner according to the piping
    system-commissioning priorities.
    3- Manages test pack documentation flow from Contractor to client for review and approval
    and back to Contractor for execution
    4- Assists with review of piping test packs as time permits
    5- Updating P&IDs mark up and Tie in according to the latest revisions
    6- Manages test pack documentation flow from Contractor to client for all 3 Fabrication group
    7- Creates test pack database to record all test packs from Contractor using Integrated
    Construction Management System (ICMS)
    8- Follows test pack documentation flow from multiple internal parties for review and ensures
    timely review and return to Contractor.

    9- Steer coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal site organization, in a perspective
    of an overall optimization.
    10- Reporting the data base forms and code bars from TOMAS( Turn Over Management
    System)
    11- Providing all the necessary reports and record for the lines to be tested and doing the
    following up.

    My roles and responsibilities are:

    1- Estimate quantities of products received. (material for spools fabrication)
    2- Provide supervisors and inspectors with spool drawings according to the latest revision
    3- Ensure proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover,
    environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facility.
    4- Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
    5- Dispose of damaged or defective items, or return them to vendors, pursuant to company
    procedures or as instructed.
    6- Prepares administration reports (translation, minutes of meeting, sending invitation....etc)
    7- Remove from stock products or loads not meeting quality standards, and notify QC
    management of discrepancies or shortages.
    8- Examine products and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using specification
    sheets and standards charts with JGC CMS (Integrated Construction Management System)
    9- Inspects and verify Purchase Order quantities for all inbound perishable loads.
    10- Perform daily quality inspections for all perishable items.
    11- Perform daily welding reports, RT reports, PT reports and PWHT reports
