• Responsible for managing all Innovation related agreements
--> drafting and negotiation with the scientific, technical and commercial teams of the Lafarge group of :
- R&D agreements (NDA, product/software development, consortium, IT services…
- Sourcing commercial agreements : manufacturing, packaging, redaction of General Terms and Conditions of Purchasing ;
- Distribution contracts : licensing in and out, franchising and services agreements
• Legal support to executive management team and all Group Business Units (Europe, Africa, Asia, America)
• Management of one assistant, fixed term contract lawyers, trainees.
• Compliance : organization and presentation of competition law seminars ; audit of commercial and marketing teams ; adaptation of a software for the follow up of the agreements portfolio ; drafting and update of procedures and templates
• Litigation and dispute resolution
