    2016 - maintenant The French Chamber of Commerce offers advice and assistance to UK and French companies wishing to invest, start up or sell in both countries. The most important foreign Chamber of Commerce in the UK in terms of turnover and service range, its network comprises more than 600 corporate members and 60 events per year.

    As an Assistant Project Manager inside the Business Consultancy division, my role is to contribute to all the regular activities and specific projects of the department.
    My main missions include :

    - Commercial prospection
    - Invoicing management
    - Market research (From databases, bibliographic searching and direct contact with the market stakeholders)
    - Setting up business meetings and logistical planning (Hotel, transportation…)
    - assist in the management of the business incubator of the Chamber
  • Lincoln Associates - Research Officer at Lincoln Associates / Chargée de Recherche

    2015 - 2016 As a Recruitment resourcer in the departments « Legal and Tax » and « Finance » of the consulting agency specialized in direct approach recruitment: Lincoln Associates, I have different responsibilities.

    - Understanding and re-transcription of the clients'needs
    - Identification of potential candidates (managers and experts in Tax, Law and Finance such as Corporate Lawyers, Tax Lawyers, Auditors, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, etc),
    - Qualification of the identified profiles (CVs, Phone interviews),
    - Follow up of the recruitment process

    Chargée de recherche au sein du cabinet de recrutement Lincoln Associates sur le pôle Juridique/ Finance.

    - Compréhension et retranscription des besoins du client
    - Définition de la stratégie de recherche
    - Recherche des candidats (top et middle managers) correspondants au profil défini (approche directe, sourcing, chasse de tête)
    - Identification et qualification des candidats, participation aux entretiens avec le consultant en charge de la mission
    - Suivi du process de recrutement
