    Achieved and consolidated leadership position in OTC market, delivering profitable growth in main categories: Analgesics, Nutritionals and Derma, in a highly uncertain macroeconomic environment.
    Conducted commercial negotiations with the government in Argentina.
    Aligned strategies and business focus in all Cono Sur countries, establishing a new operation in Bolivia
    * Reached # 1 Market position in 4 countries (with the exception of Bolivia).

    Appointed as Marketing Manager after the Roche integration I was responsible for a team of 25 marketeers, developing and putting in place a new structure that successfully blended Bayer
    Organized the "new" portfolio of brands, resources and investments, creating a solid and sustainable business plan in alignment of company's growth objectives.
    As part of the newly formed Executive Team, I was able to drive the needed changes to create a new culture in the company.

    * Achieved and consolidated #1 market position, in a highly competitive market with important local players.
    * Introduced several new products in main business areas: analgesics, derma, gastro and nutritionals.
    * Led all annual negotiations with main broadcast TV companies Televisa and TV Azteca, and pay TV channels.
    * Managed local relationship with Creative and Media agencies (JWT, BBDO and Mediacom)
    * Responsible for managing the Medical detailing team, reaching #1 recommendation and prescription in several therapeutic areas.

    2003 - 2004 Responsible for leading a group of three marketeers in charge of the Nutritional and Cough & Cold portfolio.
    Coordinator for new projects and launches in the Latin America Region.

    * Successful launch and re-launch of Multivitamin brands in record time, over achieving ambitious results.
    * Preparation of all the marketing dossiers and files, used in the negotiation for the business spin off.
