I have mostly worked on the Graphic Arts Market for sixteen years.
Even if different experiences were all very rich, developing an operational reflection on the Graphic Arts Market is something that I really like.
Operational reflection.. ..two words to summarize my job ..
first one..Opérationnal : you don’t stay a long time at Xerox without a real results culture !
Year after year, our market share and our annuity in the production of the Digital Market continues to grow in the commercial printer segment.
To date, my coverage on a very large part of France represents 240 production units generating 22000 k$ annuity . US$22,000
To date, our human resources have grown and gained measurable and operational expertise.
second one Reflection : for 15 years, the emergence of the internet and digital technology is a key element. Our job is not just to sell one more tool. Rather, the challenge is to support the Commercial Printer in a reflection that engages its company . This means, understanding the needs of its own customers, and understanding how the products of our products may be an answer to this new deal.
This also means risk assessment in its trade relations and
Identification of issues on human resources
Operational and reflection… because we need both! . Developing intimacy, work lobbying, sharing about the new business of Printing and managing at the same time a sealing cycle to deliver the results expected without allowing place to the competitors.
Reflection and /or consulting about the market trends and some very operational attitudes ("back to basics" ) remain highly compatible !.
This has been my job for sixteen years.
