2012 - maintenantAs Customer Support account manager in UTAS, one of the world’s largest OEM and supplier in advanced aerospace and defense products, I’m in charge of key account customers in France (Dassault) and abroad (Emirates, Lufthansa, Egyptair, Catay, SRT Switzerland…) My role consist on supporting my customers as a commercial interface between the Operations (Spares and Repair facilities in France, UK, Italy, Singapore) the Programs, Technical support and the Customer.
