  • HP - Presales Technology Consultant

    Courtaboeuf 2001 - 2011 Consultant and advisor for sales colleagues, technical account manager for customers. HP technology evangelist with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsible to deliver consultancy on different products lines over time from high end servers, storage, backup systems, personal computing devices and printing systems.

    I also acted as Global Technical Account Manager for HP corporate customers.

  • HP - Customer Engineer

    Courtaboeuf 1996 - 2001 Responsible to support and break fix HP Switzerland customer’s backend systems from HPUX mainframes to NT servers. Customer’s trusted technician. Committed to troubleshooting and fixing complex technical issue.

    Acting as a customer engineer on HPUX systems, storage & backup systems. Certified by Microsoft as Certified Specialist Engineer on Windows NT 4.0 at the time of the introduction of the first x86 servers from HP.

  • HP - Software Engineer

    Courtaboeuf 1996 - 1996 Software design and project management at HP EMEA Corporate Networks Services (CNS). Project lead for the partnership between the Engineering School of Geneva and HP for the development of a network switches management tool (C programming language, Unix environment, SNMP protocol).
