Paris2005 - 2007- Isolate equipment for maintenance preparation, including valve isolation, drainage, depressurizing and purging with nitrogen as required.
- Carry out explosive oxygen and toxic gas tests for hot work and vessel entry (Confined space), and sign sheet for approval to commence work.
- Monitor and observe operation of equipment and machinery, generators, valves, pumps, etc…
- Record any abnormalities, such as leaks, high temperature, abnormal noise and initiate necessary work request and submit to control room for processing.
