    2009 - 2015 Computer Assisted Production Planning: Design and implementation of a computerized tool for management of production order priority. Reduction of production average cycle time from 3.4 to 2.2 weeks.
    Lean manufacturing: 5S, VSM, KAISEN & waste reduction. Layout of storage area improvement (1080 m², 540 component references, 51 finished products). Industrial organization of a workshop, production time reduced, intermediate stock eliminated, workflow simplified.
