Depuis 1993 suis chez LAFARGE, de 1993 a 2000 basee a Paris et depuis 2000 basee a Washington DC aux USA. Mon CV attache decrit les 6 postes que j'ai occupes depuis que j'ai rejoint LAFARGE.

    Paris 2005 - 2007 Objective:

    This role will be responsible for the development of segmentation, targeting, market positioning and commercialization methods for Lafarge’s products and services related to the Asphalt and Paving strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist business units in implementing strategies related to asphalt & paving
    • Coordinate and implement product development and commercialization initiatives with regions
    • Coach and train Regional/Divisional sales people on new products, sales methods/techniques and product benefits
    • Work with vendors to establish and implement market-level strategies and plans for products
    • Meet with Engineers, Architects and Specifiers to further promote products and services
    • Promote products with Internal and External Customers
    • Coordinate new product development and optimization with QA/QC
    • Develop pricing policies for products and services
    • Develop pricing targets with regions
    • Pricing Model Assessment for greenfield & acquisition growth opportunities
    • Ensures the cross-divisional and cross-regional transfer of best practices
    • Lead efforts to properly track all products by volume and margin across North America
    • Communication within NA product lines to identify and communicate cost savings and synergistic opportunities.

    Results/Accountabilities:

    • Implement Corporate-led product action plans in Regions and Divisions
    • Provide tools and training for internal and external product demonstrations
    • Produce point of sale promotional materials
    • Lead premium and performance components of the Asphalt & Paving Strategy including establishing targets
