En résumé

With over 10 years of experience in the field of PLM, CAD methods & tools, I want to share my expertise in developing new project. Thanks to both my knowledge of various industrial domains such as aeronautics, automotive and my involvement in different PLM analysis bring me a global insight of what PLM solution must do.

Having the passion for aeronautics and air transport, with an experience in both Airbus and Airline, We are currently developing an Airport Management Solution allocated to strategical and tactical forecasts. The air transport sector could learn valuable lessons from other industries, not least in term of product development.
Our position is to apply proven solution to replicate it into various sector where we are experienced.

  • Renault - Methods & Digital Process Engineer (fixed term contract)

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2008 - 2008 Objectives:

    Manage and coordinate the development, the design and the deployment of CAD/CAM/CAE methods to design office and aerodynamics, thermomechanical, combustion skills.

    Achievements:

    - Creation of a user-friendly CAD simulation applications (cylinder head, belt patch, injector fastner) in order to federate multi-skills initiative - Enforced in the case of an oil engine upstream project - (benefit : 2 working month, 168k€ savings).
    - Coordinated and scheduled mechanical studies in link with Dassault Systèmes.
    - Trained « Team Leader » from Renault Group: CAD methods for Korea and Romania engineering centre.

  • Azur Handling - Air Caraïbes - Operations Manager (rolling contract) - Airstrip area

    2006 - 2007 Objectives:

    - Manage ground handling services of 3 ATR, 3 Dornier, 5 Cessna, 2 Embraer & 2 A330 Airbus.
    - 40 people : planning, appraisal, daily dossier management.
    - Improve communication with Airport authorities, Customs, Police and airlines managers.

    Achievements:

    - Improvement of performance quality.
    - Optimisation of the daily cost of the handling activities as working plan.

  • Airbus France - Methods & Digital Mock up Research Engineer (rolling contract)

    2002 - 2006 Objectives:

    - Developed methods for the use and the exploitation of the digital mockup in the different domains - 3D simulation tools expertise and virtual reality devices.
    - Tools & methods Benchmarking: internal & external of EADS group.

    Achievements:

    - Multi view and multi skills map making of needs for immersive and interactive simulations in order to validate earlier the design solutions.
    - Enforced a visualization simulator (CATIA V5 application) of part location discrepancy when A380 sections arrived to the Final Assembly Line.
    - Implemented process and methods by using 3D technologies for improving aircraft documentation. Implemented prototypes (engine pylon assembly).
