En résumé

J’ai acquis des compétences logistiques variées : méthodes logistique, gestion de stock, gestion de projet, gestion des approvisionnements, ERP (SAP).

Les missions logistiques que j’ai menées ont été réalisées dans les secteurs de la grande série (dans l’automobile) et de l’industrie spécialisée (produits pour le Nucléaire et la Défense).

J’ai une expérience logistique « multi-activités » et « multi-métiers » sur un plan opérationnel et fonctionnel.

    Activities:
    Define and develops the supply-chain scheme from suppliers to customers : physicals flows, information flows, outbound, inbound, internal plant. Define optimum stock levels at each step of the process
    Develop the functional specifications for semi-finished packaging means and final packaging from the customer specification. Ensure fine setting and reception of packaging means, their availability for the trials at each step of the project development. Define the layout of inbound, internal and outbound flow.
    Analyse the impacts of perimeter evolutions on the organization, resources and Supply Chain’s costs.
    Provide support to the plant during the start of production and ramp-up phases.

    Le but était de pouvoir réceptionner, stocker, distribuer les produits de l’activité en conservant les mêmes performances et en étant transparent vis à vis du client.

    Ce métier requiert d'être capable de:
    - Mettre en place une stratégie de pilotage de projet (PDCA)
    - Une interaction du projet avec l’ensemble des acteurs de la Supply Chain,
    - Gestion de groupe de collaborateur (20 personnes au total), suivi et animation.

    J'ai réalisé la mise à jour de données logistiques permettant la consolidation des données et une baisse des coûts (frais de douane).

    Mes capacités liées à cette emploi sont :
    - Analyser les flux entrepôt
    - Mettre en place une organisation pour le recueil des données.
    - Mettre en place un outil de suivi et un plan de progrès.

    Un autre projet interne était la gestion du dossier technique article d’emballage. Le but était une aide à la négociation sur les prestations et la baisse des coûts.

    La spécificité de ce projet était de concevoir et de réaliser des fiches techniques d’articles d’emballages. (Travail avec un prestataire logistique GEODIS)
