Also responsible of all technical maintenance and to follow/ ameliorate computerized maintenance plan on AMOS, and to manage engine team including second engineer, electrician fitter,and oilers .
On board systems : 2 fresh water makers 60 m3/day, 5 Diesel generators CAT 600 KW, Miscellaneous pumps, 300 T Huissman crane last generation, 8 mooring winches 85 Tons.
Collaboration with petroleum companies ENI (Congo), TOTAL (Angola) and SONANGOL (Angola).
Responsibilities :
- Maintenance of all technical systems on board.
- Reporting state of all barge installations to company, with computerized maintenance software AMOS.
- Spare parts stock management and requisitions.
- Management and organisation of engine team in good safety conditions according petrol sites rules.
- Updating and upgrading Computerised maintenance plan.
- Consumables consumption and water / energy production responsible.
- Collaboration with client company site representatives on board.
- Maneuvering of mooring winches to approach platforms as barge is in hook up / tender.

: Chief engineer on new generation tuna purse seiner, for COBRECAF company. (Following construction of 85 meters ship in PIRIOU shipyards), active collaboration to elaboration of automated and mechanical installations, especially conception of a new brine transfer system to discharge fish recognized as very efficient, set up of freezing systems and hydraulic automatic systems. Responsible of maintenance of all complex technical equipments, of spare parts requisitions and stock control of very various parts on softwares as DOC SEA and ABAL.
Set up of computerized maintenance plan for three new units on DOCSEA.
Responsabilities :
-All embarked equipments maintenance: main propulsion WARTSILA 5000KW + 2 Diesel generators 1200KW, 4 refrigerating screw compressors for cargo, Hvac plan, food refrigeration units, boilers, transfer pumps etc... .
- Detailed reporting of condition of all installations, working on specific computerized program DOCSEA.
- Stock control and requisition of spare parts.
- Responsible of loading / conservation / unloading and quality survey of fisheries. (1100 tons of fish capacity, brine conservation).
- Responsible of winches manoeuvring during fishing operations (3* 40 tons + misc appartus).
- Responsible of embarcations (Skiff 40 T, 1000 Kw).
- Manage engine team ( 1 second, 1 3rd, 1 refrigeration engineer + 4 local oilers).

: Several missions on tuna purse seners (80-95 meters, 4000 Kw propeller) for this company and also for chief engineer for a ghanean company TTV, Ghana engine team 10 persons 54 months, very good adaptation and company was asking to extend the contracts).
Leaving ENMM de NANTES in 2004, after success in licence chief engineer 15000 KW for fishing vessels.
