    SAINT MANDE 1990 - 2004 Responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting and strategic planning, taxation planning across different fiscal jurisdictions, cash management and funding for a product based division. Turnover of nearly EUR 3 billion from 170 plants in 14 European countries. Concurrent with these operational responsibilities, active involvement in the strategic development of the Group. Responsibilities included the development of the interactive acquisition models used for operational evaluation, member of the negotiating, operational and legal due diligence, reporting integration teams and in many cases responsible for the capital, debt and tax structuring, fair value exercises, and overall policy alignment.

  • Archirodon Group - Assistant Group Controller

    1981 - 1989 Diversified multinational - construction and dredging, shipping, and real estate development. Responsibilities included the consolidation of the Group’s financials, along with management reporting and controlling activities for operations in the Middle East and USA.
