  Head of Security at Google's Yawn Data Center in Belgium.
  - Successfully protected the site during its construction working closely with both construction management and Google Security Management.
  - Facilitated a seamless transition from construction into operational mode, transferring duties in line with Google's expectations, and adapting to the changing work environment.
  - Continuously controlled cost and adapted security presence during the different phases of transition between construction and operational mode.
  - Created a solid security team, raising the security level up to and above Google's expectations, developed a supervisor team with experience and understanding of the Google culture and priorities.
  - Successfully provided and managed Security during the visit of the King of Belgium to GHL, 2 Community events (GHL and LPP) and the official opening event of the Google Belgium offices in Brussels.
  - Assisted the Google European Security Manager during 2 incidents at the offices of Google Belgium in Brussels, acting as a liaison between local law enforcement agencies and Google Security.
  - Provided training and guidance for the entire security team at LPP at start up of construction of the Google DC, working closely with Google local management and construction management to the satisfaction of all involved. Acted as interim Security Manager during this period, traveling between sites frequently.
  - Played a major role in successfully recruiting Security Managers for the EEM and LPP DC's.
  - Was instrumental in stabilizing the security force at LPP before and during the transition between security providers.
  - Personally trained and continuously assisted the new Security Managers from LPP (2), EEM and LM, providing them with the guidance they need in their first months on the job.
  - Assisting the G4S Global Account Director and the Google RSM in organizing the European sites and in steering them to use common security practices and procedures.
  - Providing Google Security and G4S with feedback on legal security matters when they differ from the US legislation by assembling information from the different European sites.
  - Acting as a spokesman for the European G4S Security Managers when needed
