     Development of Preliminary QA/QC documentation (Method statements, Quality Plan,
    Work procedures…).
     Reception material Inspection and conformity with specifications and certificates.
     Follow up and supervision of piping spool’s fabrication (shop welds) & erection (field welds)(BOP; Turbo-group & Boiler piping).
     Coordination of piping supports fabrication and erection.
     Elaboration and follow up of ITPs (Inspection and Testing Plan) according the requirements
     Preparation of the preliminary WPS (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloyed steel P11, P22 & P91, Duplex).
     Approval of preliminary WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure of Qualification Record) by the third part.

     Reporting to the Quality, Construction and project managers.

    MISSION:
     Elaboration and follow up of ITPs (Inspection and Testing Plan) according the requirements
     Preparation of the preliminary WPS (carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex).
     Approval of preliminary WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure of Qualification Record) by the third part.
     Welding Qualification Test (WPQ + NDT request) with the third part.
     The drafting of plans, inspections related to mechanical activities
     Treatment, together with the quality control coordinator, non- compliances and associated corrective actions related to mechanical work
     Participation in pressure tests and validation of manufacturing records
     Participation in meetings of establishing order with the customer and outsourcing.
     Conformity of piping fittings & consumables with specifications and certificates.
     Check of material arrival.
     Preparation, followed and receiving mechanical work : - Power Train: Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Generator, Condenser & Auxiliary Equipment turbine and generator (fuel injection systems, air filter, compressor...) - Balance of Plant B.O.P (auxiliary items):
     Follow up and supervision the installation of the recovery boiler (HRSG) work: panels, structure, balloons, insulation, painting, dimensional inspection, welding (visual inspection, PT, ultrasonic and RT...)

    2010 - 2012 within the company ThyssenKrupp as part of the project to build International airport Enfidha Hammamet Sousse Tunisia for TAV Airport from 01/10/2010 to 20/04/2012.

    MISSION:
     Monitoring and receiving mechanical works: - Installation of steel structure (conformity, verticality, alignment, tightening, dimensional control, welding...) - Installation of Baggage Handling systems (BHS) ‘Vanderlande’: conveyors, motors, X-Ray, belts fixations, rollers- Installation of Sorter System ‘Beumer’: conveyors, linear motors, bar code reader... - Installation of hydraulic and electrical elevators ThyssenKrupp Elevator. - Installation of Escalators and travelators ThyssenKrupp. - Installation of Passengers Boarding Bridges (PBB) & 400Hz.
