    2008 - 2012 ‐ Developing and implementing the corporate communications and Public Relations strategies in line with the strategic plans: positioning, targets, objectives, messages, definition of means, budgeting & planning of implementation;
    ‐ Defining and establishing best-suited frameworks for the communication function across the group to accompany the group’s organization restructuring;
    ‐ Setting up from scratch corporate communications standards and guidelines for the group and its subsidiaries including design charts for advertising and promotion, events protocol and exhibition activities, comprehensive best practice approach and process for communicating and responding to external enquiries;
    ‐ Working regularly on legal compliance to ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to;
    ‐ Ensuring the optimization of production costs related to communication across the group;
    ‐ Managing the Corporate sponsorship program ;
    ‐ Serving as the contact person and liaison for all corporate relations to maintain and enhance the image of Tanger Med;
    ‐ Acting as a liaison and interacting with key stakeholders including Departments of Commerce, Export agencies & chambers of commerce at both national and international levels, business partners, government representatives & elected groups, local communities and many other groups ;
    ‐ Providing counsel for more than 8 subsidiaries on highly expertise subjects and supporting the marketing managers to develop creative and integrated programs;
    ‐ Creating and launching a communication club within the group to inform, inspire, engage while providing necessary trainings to ensure that all communication principles are embedded in every function and driven with Excellency.
  • CANDIDACY OF MOROCCO TO HOST THE 2012 INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION (EXPO TANGER 2012) - DIRECTOR IN CHARGE OF COMMUNICATION

    2006 - 2008 ‐ Monitored and coordinated national and international communication action plans;
    ‐ Launched bids and tenders for selecting the communication, PR & media agencies;
    ‐ Budgeted, planned, monitored and managed the agencies;
    ‐ Directed the candidacy advertising efforts in all media: TV & Radio advertising campaigns, web, billboards, texting, press announcements, direct mailing, direct marketing campaigns, etc.
    ‐ Run successfully important PR events including, official presentation, visits of more than 200 international VIPs to Morocco, seminars & conferences, press conferences, etc.;
    ‐ Represented EXPO TANGER 2012 by attending and presenting in events such as: seminars, exhibitions, Regulatory meetings in Paris, press interviews, etc.
    ‐ Served as the contact person for international, national and local media, elected bodies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and concerned embassies over the world, civil society, etc. for all corporate relations;
