En 2008, j'ai créé Silogis International SA à Zürich.

Nous sommes une petite entreprise évoluant dans le marché de l'ingénieurie informatique spécialisée dans la gestion des services IT (ITSM)en général et sur les produits BMC Remedy en particulier. Nous proposons par ailleurs de la gestion de projet IT avec la méthodologie Prince2.
Nous pouvons aussi organiser des formations Prince2 avec examens.

Notre marché est international.

    Worked on behalf of BMC Software Consulting Services.
    Implement ITSM SD and Change Management Modules with 12 interfaces (Netcool, DSO, CMDB, other Automations).
    Role: technical Leader of BMC consultants. Assited to steering comitees and helped on the project planning and crisis management.

    -AIRBUS-EADS Industries:
    Nov2010-March2012. Toulouse-France. Worked on behalf of BMC Software Consulting Services. Industrialization of ITSM7.5, Functional assistance, Development Quality Audit, Architecture advice, Functional Workshops, Process Design, Rollout Assistance. Covered ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SRM and CMDB. Versions: v7.5, v7.6, v7.6.4.

    -LOGICA Global:
    Impact Analysis for a BMC ITSM7 and ITIL V3 processes implementation in the French entity. Worked on behalf of BMC Software Consulting Services. Paris.
    -UBS Switzerland 45 months project (03/2006-01/2010), Partnership with BMC Software: for a global ticketing system based on ITSP4 and ITSM7 out-of-the-box customised solution.

    -Swisscom IT:
    9 months project (2008),Integration of an invoicing system with ARS Remedy ITSP.

    -Glaxo Smith Kline EMEA Brussels:
    2,5 years project (10/2003-02/2006)
    Evolution of an existing application for ITIL Incident Management: Requirement Analysis, Project Management, Interfaces Development, User Support, ITIL Consulting.
