• SunGard - Technical Support Specialist

  Lognes 2015 - 2017 My role was providing first and second level of Application support (24/7 Support) to SunGard’s customers in the US, (banks, trust funding, financial institutions etc…).
  
  Duties:
  • Managing daily maintenance of application servers (Windows systems).
  • Managing routine tasks related to SunGard’s application (install patches, tape backups, files transmission, accounts, printers….).
  • Ensure monitoring tasks (Big Brother, Netcool), troubleshooting and escalates certain cases to senior technical support.
  • Deal with Tidal for job scheduling (Cisco Enterprise Scheduler)
  • Write some basic scripts to automate tasks.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and training of new hired.

• Extech Ltd - Second line IT Support Engineer

  2014 - 2015 Acting as technical lead to identify and implement solutions to problems affecting IT services. Providing 2nd Line and some 3rd Line support over the telephone and remotely to clients & internal staff members.
  Duties:
  * Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
  * Create, manage and follow up on incidents and work orders using ticketing software
  * Installation and maintenance of all systems within a client's digital environment.
  * Supporting and maintaining MS Server/HR/Accounts Applications
  * Building, configuration and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware.
  * Designing, implementing and managing Active Directory and Group Policies.

• Stream Global Services - IT Operator

  Angers 2010 - 2014 I operate and support the company’s computer systems and related peripheral equipment including the host computers that run administrative applications such as payroll and HR applications, in addition to the other operational tools, software and computer devices. Areas of responsibility include computer operations, Administration roles and Backups.
  
  Duties:
  • Administration tasks on servers and clients (phone, PC, printers, etc.)
  • Install and configure any new purchased equipment
  • Ensure helpdesk function
  • Performs daily, weekly and emergency backup procedures and ensures their accuracy. Performs file application and system recovery when needed. Responsible for maintaining and upgrading the backup and recovery application and its associated database.
  • Maintain hardware and software of computer equipment
  • Participate in different migration projects, deployment and replacement of computer equipment and applications
  • Manage network accounts (Active Directory) and mails (Exchange and Lotus Domino) as well as access rights for all users
  • Maintain the database up to date and ensure hardware inventories

• Stream Global Services - Dell Level 2 Technical Support/Trainer

  Angers 2009 - 2010 I had two different roles in this position, the first one was technical by being the point of contact in all technical escalations and working with DELL 3rd line Engineer to find a fix for unresolved issues. The second role was leading a team of 15 technicians helping them to provide a better customer service, exceeding their expectation and growing up their technical skills.

• Stream Global Services - Dell Technical Support Technician

  Angers 2007 - 2009 My role involved me answering calls from DELL consumers who are facing problems with their computers. I had to determine if it was a hardware or software failure then troubleshoot till resolution depending on customer’s warranty types and processes.
