    Lognes 2015 - 2017 My role was providing first and second level of Application support (24/7 Support) to SunGard’s customers in the US, (banks, trust funding, financial institutions etc…).

    Duties:
    • Managing daily maintenance of application servers (Windows systems).
    • Managing routine tasks related to SunGard’s application (install patches, tape backups, files transmission, accounts, printers….).

    Duties:
    • Administration tasks on servers and clients (phone, PC, printers, etc.)
