Ines Llerena del Blanco is a multi-lingual Restaurant Strategy Advisor with over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry in the Americas and Europe. Combining her innovation with rigorous analysis, she advises on commercial strategies including: brand positioning, strategic marketing, trendspotting, new product development, pricing strategy and customer profiling. She successfully generates original solutions driving value for clients underpinned by: expertise in consumer behavioural analytics, demand-based pricing, understanding of key drivers for success at both industry and restaurant level, and the ability to develop distinctive stakeholder relationships.

In 2013, Ines launched her consultancy after 12 years of working with RMS, one of the leading consulting firms in data-driven solutions for the restaurant and retail industries. During this tenure in Europe and the US, her client portfolio included brands such as McDonald’s, TGIF, Longhorn Steakhouse, Capital Grille, Friendly’s, Au Bon Pain, Joe’s Crab Shack, Pizzeria Uno and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. Ines also worked in Food and Beverage operations with major hospitality firms such as: Four Seasons Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels, Club Med and Compass.

A native of Venezuela, Ines’ early education was in the US where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. She is transparently bi-lingual in English and Spanish with a working knowledge of French.
