During my schooling at the Higher Business School, Ludwig Erhard in Germany, with a focus on Logistics, Production, Purchase and Lean Management, I was able to acquire basic business skills. My training as a “Gross- und Aussenhandelskaufmann” in the company NIENTIMP / Germany has taught me practical insights in an industrial company. My subsequent career paths in the company THENEX and NIERHOFF and gave me the opportunity to gain practical overviews in various industries. With my change to the appliance manufacturer BRANDT I could apply this experience and continue to develop in the area of after sales quickly.
After moving to France, I was able to apply my experience in a new international context and management positions in various companies. As a Head of Logistics Department or as a Supply Chain Manager, I have strengthened my good understanding of all involved process of an enterprise, enriched my experience in personnel management by the international aspect. German is my native language; I was able to deepen my knowledge of English and French in this new environment.
I was able to verify and complete my Lean Management knowledge acquired in Germany in France by a certified "Six Sigma Green Belt" and a training of "Six Sigma Lean Expert”.
I showed team- and communication skills in participating in different projects.
By the way, I have a good understanding of MS Office and Visual Management.
