Instrumentation and industrial maintenance engineer graduated from INSAT tunis having acquired experience in the mechanical machining and the maintenance of various types of mechanical systems in many differents sectors ranging from industry to agriculture, which gave me the ability to transform myself, theoretical concepts into concrete reality. I have got also the chance to get managerial skills while running teams and projects at my jobs.
Now, I'm chief industrialization project in ZODIAC AEROSPACE.
I'm responsible for:
• industrialize new products respecting the startup schedules OTD
• Ensure the business transfer of the parent companies
• Providing support and guidance of production for starting new products
• Set the equipment and the process parameters (capabilities, R & R) for new lines / new products
• Ensuring safety, ergonomics and lean manufacturing bases in the design of tools, machines, production lines
• Establish technical documentation production (B.O.M, MOP, FMEA, plans, ..)
• Coordinate actions of internal and external productivity
• Apply standards and procedures related to the activity of B.U
