    2013 - maintenant As a logistic and lean manufacturing manager within the ITURRI’s Group. My job is:

    •To achieve optimized planning for internal and external lines (subcontractors) and coordinate with technical office in addition to quality and production department to ensure that all the operations are working in the appropriate best standards between the concerned parties.

    •To prepare all the Documentations related to the exportation of our products which goes from tangier to Seville-Spain and guarantee a good synchronization between our clients, the transporting and the freight forwarder.

    My responsibilities include supervising some lean projects ( Kanban, SMED, Visual management .. ect) in order to improve the productivity, the quality of our service and the company’s organization.
