Graduated in civil engineering and post-graduated in offshore engineering I have built up significant experience on challenging projects over the past 15 years, acting gradually from design engineer up to project engineer covering a large array of competencies (tendering, detailed engineering, project coordination and site supervision) in the construction sector (transportation, subsea and industries mainly).

Able to interact and communicate at all levels of management.
Fluent in French and English.
Open-minded management and result orientated.

Broad international and multicultural experience both in the private and the public sectors.

Open for new opportunities from mid-2020.

Willing to join a civil and/or energy contractor to offer project assistance. Would be pleased to join a project team on a challenging infrastructure project preferably based in the Paris area.

    2017 - 2019 Assisting HEINEKEN for coordinating / supervising civil works within the framework of the BRANA brewery expansion masterplan (2017-2020). Scope of works mainly includes construction of a new brew house (2 milions hL annual capacity) and its associated service blocks including new fermentation tanks, filtration unit, new water treatment and power plants, water tanks, cooling plant extension, new packaging line (Phases 1 & 3 - Brownfield project) and development of a 10ha logistic base in Port-au-Prince (Phase 2 - Greenfield project).
    Working in parallel on various BRANA construction projects (training centre, new clinic, development of in-country warehouses network) from tender to works supervision.

    2016 - 2017 In charge of all technical aspects related to construction activities and maintenance service contracts at the French embassy in Vietnam. 50+ projects implemented including the chancellery's roof complete refurbishment.
    Projects management including coordination and supervision of the various projects until acceptance of the works.

    2015 - 2015 In charge of the typical bridge U-girders prefabrication, transportation and erection/installation for the elevated section of the Hanoi Pilot Light Metro Line 3 project (CP-01).

    Hanoi Pilot Light Metro Line 3 is part of a new urban mass rapid transit (MRT). The first phase of Line 3 civil engineering works consists of a 8.5 km elevated section (CP-01) - mostly U-girder viaduct, access bridge, Y-bridge, 4-off crossover bridges and 3-off special bridges, i.e. 1-off span extradosed bridge and 2-off span balanced cantilever bridges - and a 4.0 km underground section (CP-02) from Nhon district to the Hanoi Railway Station.

  • Total E&P Angola Block 32 Ltd, Paris, France - Tendering Coordinator - Kaombo Project Development

    2012 - 2014 In charge of the coordination of the SURF (subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines) package call for tenders from the invitation to tender up to the recommendation to award for the deepwater Kaombo project offshore Angola (block 32).
    $3.5-billion EPCI contract awarded to the Technip / Heerema Marine Contractors consortium in April 2014.

    2010 - 2012 Technical assistance for construction projects (civil engineering mainly).
    Clients included Pernix Group Inc., Unicef and Somaïr (Areva NC Niger) for various missions such as preparation of technical specifications, civil engineering work preparation and supervision.

    2009 - 2010 Management of the French Foreign affairs ministry's real estate department in New York City (5 buildings and 50+ apartments). Overall budget preparation according to the programmation of the identified projects (renovation work, maintenance, service contracts).
    Coordination and supervision of the various projects until formal acceptance of the work.

    2005 - 2009 In charge of coordinating all matters related to the subsea systems (flowlines, risers and associated ancillary equipments) as an integrated sub-package within the SURF package, from the detailed engineering to the final hand-over of the systems for the deepwater Akpo project offshore Nigeria (OML 130).

    2003 - 2005 Performed design and installation engineering for subsea flexible pipelines and associated ancillary equipments for the deep water Baobab field development (Canadian Natural Ressources, Ivory Coast) and for the shallow water Johnston field development (Caledonia, UK North Sea).
  • Bouygues Offshore (Saipem), Paris, France - Professional thesis

    2001 - 2001 Joint Industry Project (CEP&M) performed in collaboration with the French Petroleum Institute (IFP), Bureau Veritas and Principia R&D.
    Responsible for studying the interaction between mooring lines and risers systems within the framework of FPSO units operating in deep water.
  • Noble Denton Europe Ltd, London, UK - Junior Project Engineer

    2001 - 2003 Performed detailed engineering and methods for the load-out, seafastening, transportation and mating operations for a 9,000mT offshore deck installation by "float-over" (*) onto the Bunga Raya A platform (Talisman Energy - Vietnam).
    (*) World premiere for a floatover operation using Heavy Lift Vessel (HLV) in dynamic positioning (DP).
