Sales Manager OEM segment (40M€/year)
In charge of 10 OEM sales representative in Atlantic Area (Brest to Toulouse)
Management of Human Resources for commercial team’s (40 to 60 years old) included 2 persons with syndicalism functions.
We have to develop and increase sales focus on “Solution” and “Motion centric” and to propose all Schneider Electric offer’s (Industry, Power, ITB etc…)
Monitoring and controlling the industry action plan decided to become the main supplier to our OEMs and Panel builders (1000 customers).
Promotion, development and coordination through our Distributor network in order to insure the technical support to our customers with their Automation Expert Network department (REA).

July 2004 to 2012
Global Account Manager (OEM segment). Based at Le Hive (France).
In international industrial environment, commercial development and management of 4 GMO’s (Global Multi-sites OEM’s ) customer on Packaging, Hoisting and Back up Power markets.
Consolidated Turnover: 20 M€. Develop relations ships at C level.
Negotiations in industrial environment in industry OEM market.
