- BO Asia Hub program. Objective : Rebook all inventories to Head Office entity. Roll out Head Office Operations systems & standardize processes in Hong Kong in order to become the Asian Hub. Trading : prop trading, client driven trading. Products : stocks, ETF, warrants, Futures, Options, ELN. All asian markets
- Timeframe : 3 years (Sep 2008 – nov 2011) ; deliveries (go lives & migrations) : 20 planned, realised so far : 18 , budget : 6000 m.d, project team : 20 to 40 people in Paris & Asia
- Rebooking : Coordinate Legal, Tax, Compliance Across the region. Covers coordination of change in market access, risk monitoring, licensing change, exchange with regulatory bodies.
- Front Office : market access (DMA) on equities / futures & options, position monitoring
- Operations : trades and event feed, settlement, clearing / custody, margin
