    2016 - maintenant Mada Gypsum is a leading plasterboard manufacturer for the Middle East with great ambitions to widen its product portfolio.

    I joined Mada for a disruptive change in order to stimulate my adaptation ability and to transform the lab in a key driver for the company:

    •Enlarge the team and build an efficient R&D organization
    •Develop people’s skill to bring autonomy
    •Sales force training
    •knowledge management
    •Interface with others Mada departments as well as customers
    •New products development
    •Supplier and academic collaborations
    •Propose strategic orientation for cost reduction while maintaining product’s quality
    •Generate tool box for process monitoring (gypsum calcination and plasterboard production)

    This, in a multi-cultural company (18 nationalities) with on top, an unfavorable economical situation which I perceive on a daily basis as an opportunity rather than a threat.

    Neuilly sur Seine 2012 - 2016 Au sein du Centre de Recherche de Kerneos, leader mondial des ciments de spécialité pour le marché de la construction :

    • supervise toutes les actions techniques du marché "Construction" :
    - en intégrant les nouveaux projets par un dialogue avec les acteurs marchés (Dir Tech, Technico commerciaux, Dir Mktg…),
    - en ayant la visibilité exhaustive des actions en cours (projets d'innovation, partenariat Key Account, expertise technique, collaboration universitaire...),
    - en re-priorisant régulièrement le portefeuille d’actions et les ressources de façon à satisfaire au mieux l’évolution des priorités du marché.
