I’m an experienced logistics and coordination expert who has vast experience in procurement management in roles across Africa. I’m currently working for a large power generation company
Wärtsilä as a Senior Spare Parts and Logistics Team Leader covering Central Africa.
My main focus is to deliver all shipments in a timely, cost-effective and safe manner for our
customers and projects. Overseeing the daily logistical responsibilities, I am a problem solver that
is able to think on my feet and react to situations that require swift resolution.
In my latest role, I have significantly improved the levels of customer service to our key account,
GLOBELEQ, when delivering 390MW bases to two major power plants in Cameroon. This highprofile account has required experienced, knowledgeable and efficient delivery to ensure all terms of the projects have been met, which I have supplied throughout.
Being able to speak two languages, English and French, I possess the application and ability to learn new skills. A positive and amicable team member, I bring enthusiasm, experience and emphasis to all new roles and tasks. I am a well organised individual that can prioritise and delegate workloads as necessary to a team. My skills in relationship building also enabled me to become a respected team leader who inspired others to produce the best results possible.
After 6 and a half years leading successful procurement and logistics teams, I am now looking to join a dynamic Supply Chain operation or projects where I can make significant developments within a business that will provide new and exciting challenges.
