  * Created and supervised team of 11 including 5 professional engineers and collaborated with 1 researcher in social entrepreneurship; team has produced 2 different networks models to date;
  * Provided the necessary bridges to socialize and connect intranet content to collaborative spaces and communities;

• Grenoble Ecole de Management - Communication responsible

  Grenoble 2014 - maintenant * Developed a digital plan of communication for the competition with 10 collaborators from GEM;
  * Advised the stakeholders on general management issues and assisted with marketing and logistics;

  Casablanca 2013 - 2014 * Led management team and designed organizational structure for newest teams in the south and east of Morocco, while simultaneously managing phase one construction;

  * Improved the process of electric circuit boards for high-tonnage trucks. ;

• OS-Lab - Founder & Team leader

  2012 - 2014 * Coached team through 15-month design-to-production cycle of first OS-Lab application; ultimately captured 1% of the national market
  * Created, with the collaboration of 20 Students, the OS-Lab application seeking to improve the process of creativity and the relation with different co-working spaces in Morocco via social networks.
  * Conducted research and development for young entrepreneurs involved in the sector of education ;
  * Created the Libero' Verdi Network to develop a collection system of the paper used by all public and privateschools in the area Khouribga and its periphery. Annual turnover: 9500 $
