    maintaining RAM market share on the handling market in Morocco with satisfactory level of the customer airlines requirements
    o The technology upgrade with
    - the deployment of the solution ALTEA in the stations where RAM operates. ;
    - the implementation of a solution for of planning, roastering and real time regulation of human and material resources on the Casablanca Hub .
    o The development of human resources
    o The deployment and maintenance of ISAGO in Moroccan stations .

    Providing Morocco market representation and sale of Amadeus distribution solutions with a strategy of maintaining market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    o Provide technological solutions to travel agencies
    o Connect the travel agency to Amadeus Central System
    o Liaise between Providers and Amadeus Central Development and Commercial teams
    o Train travel agents to Amadeus products
    o Provide technical and functional assistance

    Key Issues
    Finalize the development of a back office software for the moroccan market with an export to the regional markets perspective
    Align with the best internal practices through the adoption of Amadeus CRM products for commercial and Help Desk activities
    Restart the Amadeus Ferry project and partnership with COMARIT-COMANAV
    Accelerate the implementation of online solutions (B to C, B to B)
    Upgrade the quality management system by obtaining the ISO 9001-v2008 certification

    * Launching of an ERP project focusing on the support domains
    * Managing the implementation of a new CORE SYSTEM for the airline
    * Managing a project for a new information System for freight
    * Extending the information systems to the subsidiaries of RAM
    * The development and upgrading of the technical infrastructures
    * Extending IP technology to RAM network in Africa and Middle East
    * Implementing high availability in the Data Center (servers redundancy , data replication ...)

    * Modernization of Distribution (Internet and direct sales , E-ticketing , ...)
