    2011 - maintenant Participates in the budget elaboration defining financial objectives of the Company. Controls the budget realization during the year, performs analysis and proposes remedies to reduce gaps.

    • Prepares the annual budget as well as the 3 years strategic plan.

    • Produces monthly dashboard of the company and performs analysis of the evolution of the indicators (sales, new production , net inflows, cash flows, margins, costs... etc.) ;
    • Together with the concerned Departments (Actuarial, Marketing, Accounting), both head offices finance departments and under control of our Paris headquarter, makes estimation of inflows and outflows.
