  • Groupe PLASTIVALOIRE - Chef de Projet

    Langeais 2010 - 2012 Back in France, I am still Project leader in the Group technical Dept., and I have the opportunity to work new automotive customers (Johnson Controls, Faurecia Int. Systems), though I keep developping with some of the Group historical customers such as PHILIPS Lighting.
    We are, together with the teams I have the opportunity to work with, mainly in charge of customers who either have their developpment sites, or production plants abroad (Slovakia, Spain).
    Our projects integrate injection technical moulds, assembly stations, and decoration processes.

  • Groupe Plastivaloire Eastern Europe - Project Leader

    2005 - 2010 Chef de projet développement et industrialisation de pièces plastiques, collaborant avec les principaux clients automobiles du groupe (Valeo, Faurecia, Bosch, Magna), ainsi que dans les secteur électro-ménager et industriels(Philips DAP, LEGRAND).
    Basé dans le Sud du pays, à Gliwice, mais intervenant sur les trois usines du groupe en Pologne, j'y assurais le relai des équipes-projet du groupe en France, afin de coordonner et d'apporter la coordination technique nécessaires aux transferts de production.

    2004 - 2004 The project was the start up of an injection moulding floor, including processes and machines implementation (5 injection moulding machines), the assembly floor layout review, the teams recruitment, and the start of production after transfer.
