  For the past 6 years, I have been leading several substantially complex and entwined projects to bring to market hundreds of DC products
  with different technologies and functions. While managing global roadmap requests into engineering and production, schedules, resource,
  budgets and best-known-methods, I helped the local site secure engineering change management through a new global system (Enovia),
  and promote ePDU knowledge. I thus became a global reference allowing training and support to various internal and external
  customers. These products are now high sellers within Eaton DC portfolio.

  Taking customer specific UPS upgrade requests, I dealt here with many different fast track projects from A to Z. From firmware
  modifications to special mechanical springs (UPS in military ships), I ensured that specifications were always fully met, in time and at best

  During this interim mission, I was tasked to help the harmonisation of very independent country-based processes into one global process.
  The endeavour consisted of project management and documentation control. Several trips to USA were engaged with many country
  product service managers to align processes and old time habits using 6 hat thinking and WBS methods. The results were outstanding and
  thus decided to turn my career towards Project Management.
