• Restructuring of production department to comply with new output and quality requirements while achieving budgetary targets.
• Lean manufacturing approach deployed through Six Sigma projects (entire value chain reviewed).

Strategy and Organization development manager - Siegen, Germany
• Define and deploy initiatives & actions leading to a long-term increase of efficiency eg. transfer of production to Eastern countries, re-allocation of projects between production sites, etc.
• Drive down cost structure of business unit (cross-functional assignment).
• Internal & external benchmarking to implement best practices across sites (UK, Germany & France).
