About Myself:
Over the years, I noticed a profound need for mentoring managers on how to effectively overcome the common traps of each layer in business management. All these experiences, as well as a strong interest in the potentials of emotional intelligence, led me to become a professional HEC-certified Coach and Trainer.
I am the owner of two companies, including one specialised in sales consulting: Bras Droit des Dirigeants (The Managing Director's Right-Hand Man).
I am also Retail Coach at CapKelenn, European leader in retail coaching founded in 2009.

Successful background in turning around under-performing retail businesses.
