After 6 year spent in embeded software developpment, I've had the opportunity to create the R&D department of GACI. These 7 year spent on the managment of this department alowed me to rise my team managment skills, take adventage of my twin skills in hardware and software developpment. I also participated to the creation and the deployment of the Quality policy that alowed GACI to be degree of the ISO 9001 certificat.
Since May 2015, I started a new position as R&D director in ACCEDIA Capital, a holding of smalls and mediums compagny dedicated on electronic security and industrial door automatism. I lead the study department of SEPTAM, and manage the R&D in other sbusidiary company (ETME, SAFIR, NIGILOC) and manage the manage the manufacturing with China subcontractor. I also in charge of the technical interface betwin gearbox manufacturer (TORNADO GmbH) and electronic manufacturer (CERA).
This new chalenge reenforce me technicals, industral and team management skills, and rise my mecanical, plastics skills.
