    Los Angeles 2006 - 2008 As a merchant operation specialist, I was in charge of the data acquisition for Keys and platinum merchants for GB,DE and FR markets using in house tools and application. Those duties included liaising directly with merchants’ technical service, Account and campaign manager to optimize catalogue display and positioning within our platform. Monitoring pipeline process and escalating issues to our US office when not able to resolve. In order to quantify, and qualify the data provided, I wrote scripts generating weekly reports based on the data aquired and reflecting the work done by our Inventory/Classification team and the quality level of our inventory.
  • Amazon - Controle Buyer / Instock Manager

    Clichy 2005 - 2006 Primarily doing Admin. Assist. and Site Merchandising, I was in charge of the creation of Amazon CE catalogue, by generating contents and controlling product descriptions in order to reach our targets (quantity / quality) for the launch of this new shop. Reporting to the development team for the integration of a new catalogue system allowing real-time liaising with stock inventory and web front end. From September, as a Control Buyer I was in charge of the supplying process for Consumer Electronics (French website). The main target was to deliver maximum availability within budgeted inventory targets through effective management of the end to end supply chain. Liaising with the Distribution Center team based in Orleans (France) to ensure stock availability. Setting up the best possible inventory health, measured by age and quality of inventory. Main duties included control of selection, forecasting, ordering, returns, markdowns, promotions, DC workload planning, vendor management, and sourcing decisions to deliver margin benefits. Also I was responsible for working with the Amazon IT development teams as it was the starting of a new shop for France and the launch of a new internal platform monitoring the inventory and pricing system tool in order to display most accurate data on the website, I was involved as well in the implementation of EDI technology for speeding up the ordering process to better meet stock / time objectives.

    Clichy 2004 - 2005 As a CSA for the French and Canadian websites, I provided prompt, efficient, customer-oriented service, liaising with the CS Support Services, Billing and Fulfilment Center, and other departments as required to represent the concerns of the Customer Service department.
