    Montluel 1998 - 1998 Targeted and focused for 5 months on the acquisition of a European multi Billion target company. This acquisition was not finalized. UTC's board preferred the acquisition of Sundstrand Corporation

    Montluel 1995 - 1998 Direct report to VP Finance. Operation $1.2 Billion in 31 countries. Implemented discipline and recruited a stable high performance team. Was able to deliver 11 straight months of Financial results on forecast

    Montluel 1993 - 1994 I was instrumental in major cash repatriation. I purchased back our Spanish subsidiary. I was deeply involved in the business development activity, with creation of a subsidiary in Russia and Poland and a Joint Venture analysis in Uzbekistan.
