During 20 years in the medical domain, I sold and developed business with different types of medical products, Equipment, implants, disposables (single use and reusable), in Operating room (all surgery specialties), in Orthopaedic, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, and I also developed computer tools.
Innovations are always challenging, with new innovative products, as Business Development Manager, I demonstrated my autonomy and my ability to create, motivate and to lead sales and marketing teams, within the company and with the distributors, to achieve with success the goals.
I have already lived abroad, 2 years in Germany, 10 months in Russia. I am very excited to bring my knowledge and my experience within an international context.
I know that to successfully achieve the objectives of the company it’s important to live in the country where are our markets, and this is why I am considering relocating to other countries for career opportunities at all industry levels

    Objective of role and responsibilities:

    I am in charge to set up a new network of distributors in the field of colorectal surgery and gastroenterology, to establish, manage, support and maintain the existing distributor relationships for selling company products in EMEA and introduce new innovative product and increase the sales
    * To manage negotiations for executing distribution agreements with new partners, understanding cultural and legal implications in the various countries.
    * Work with distributors to set sales strategies and goals, including obtaining forecasts. Identify with distributors, marketing programs, promotions and collateral needs that can be used by to facilitate sales of company products.
    * Provide and/or facilitate training of distributor personnel on selling company products.
    * Collect and share market feedback from the distributors and/or their end customers and provide to Marketing and Product Management.
    * Follow up and development of a group of Europeans KOL and European training session.
