Main accomplishments in current role:
Lead the separation of the DuPont Performance Coating business . A Six months high intensity and engagement project completed successfully and timely, involving 17 functions and 25 countries , leading to the creation of about 15 new legal entities , transfer of about 6000 staff to new set up prior to divestiture.
Lead negotiator for the Sale of a Jv in Saudi with two Saudi partners . Successful completion.
Coordinating at Corporate level the restructuring effort launched in 2013.
Coaching and advising the European Leadership of one of DuPont Business at elaboration of a Strategic ( Horizon 2020) and restructuring plan .

from $ 700 mm to $ 3bn with consequently increased Foot print in terms of Legal entity and number
of Staff .
Created and developed an organizational structure , processes and organisation for Growth including
creation of new subsidiaries , recruitment and development of Teams .
Strong Focus at People recruitment and development as well as on Core values and compliance .
Lead the integration of a Marketing and Manufacturing acquisition in Turkey ( 2004) .
Negotiated an acquisition in Russia and successfully integrated it ( 2011).
Board member and chairman of many DuPont legal entities and Joint ventures.
Was elected by the American Chamber of Commerce Business person of the year in 2011 for “developing and marketing Russian Innovation in the US and for commitment to the Highest Ethical standards”
