The establishment of a Prognostic Field Service Representative within Etihad was part of the original Prognostic deployment plan. The critical importance of this role, for the maturity of the new Service and for engagement with the launch client. This role is enabling critical live feedback on Service operations and performance directly into the service maturity cycle - driving Analytics and ASN software development priorities.
