including 12 years in business and operations management with French and
Anglo-Saxon consulting firms with assignments in various industries. His
last assignments were a telecommunication outsourcing project in Hong Kong,
a telecommunication tender bid in India and an organizational diagnosis in
Main Land China.
He managed consulting projects in various countries with different culture
mix - Belgium, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hong-Kong, Italy,
North America, Portugal and United-Kingdom.
He led the Corporate Restructuring and Change Leadership practice for an
international HR consulting firm in Paris.
Jean-Marc is specialized in strategic renewal. His expertise includes change
management, organization efficiency and optimization, human resources and
organizational strategy implementation.
