    - Develop a Social and Behaviour Change Communication Strategy scientifically evidence based on the research
    - Develop 30 Health Communication materials
    - Trainer on Action media methodology
    - Developed a unique model with the state of the art Interpersonal Communication module to equip the CHW’s how to successfully engage community to reach desired behaviors.
    - Trained over 3 000 Community Health workers and 65 Health Promotion technician as ToT on Interpersonal Communication
    - Initiated the first Health Communication working group in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health and train staff best ways to engage stakeholders as partners to achieve expanded result.
    - CO-trainer of SBCC approaches and methodology using C-Change module to Ministry of Health, CSO’s and Project staff.


    - Supervise the production 12 episodes of Radio dramas
    - Lead IHPB Project SBCC component worth around 9.7 Million US Dollars for 5 years
