2001 - 2011Since 2001 I manage TMT Consulting (Saint-Cloud - France), an independent consulting firm with international reach specialized in telecommunications, media and new technologies. TMT Consulting services are targeted for projects involving regulatory, economic, marketing and technical analyses.

1994 - 2001I held several positions within this Telecommunications consulting firm before becoming co-director in 1999. I notably conducted regulatory analyses for regulators, worked on the privatization of an incumbent operator, led licenses authorization procedures for new entrant operators during the liberalization process of the French telecommunications sector from 1998. I also led strategy and marketing missions for operators and equipment manufacturers: strategic positioning on new markets and market analyses.
