  Paris 2006 - 2010 In charge of a R&D Software department (up to 100 engineers in France and China) working on open IP phone that delivers the experience of a smartphone to the desk and Mobile client application for Windows, Blackberry and Android smartphones.

  I was responsible to allocate resources to different projects, to build and follow the budget allocated to the departement. I managed people’s career and skills development.
