  => Insured effective communication and collaboration between central IT department and local technical or business resources (17 sites over Europe – 1800 internal “customers”) to streamline and prioritize all IT European projects and ensure as much as possible on-time completion and customer satisfaction while respecting budgets.
  => Implemented relevant key performance indicators showing IT contribution to business services and company strategy.
  => Reviewed internal IT procedures to include or adjust security and controls as per Sarbanes and Oxley requirements. Invacare successfully passed SOX audits afterwards.
