Supervision of the Mac OS development team (two Mac OS X developers).
In parallel, I was the main developer of the Mac side of the Catalliances software solution.
• QuarkXPress XTension developer. Completely rewrote the XTensions for QuarkXpress 7.
• I've developed and managed (on the Windows side) an archiving process. The process was based on information originating from the database side (through stored procedures and flags), and from the Mac side.
• Implementation and development of a new workflow process for the Mac OS X based solution. Tasks can be defined in advance and launched later. An automatic relaunch process was written for the QuarkXPress and the Catalliances Application (to restart applications after crashes).

I completely rebuilt the Mac OS 9 Application and successfully handled the migration to Mac OS X.
QuarkXPress XTension developer. Development of a flexible HTML import/export XTension filter. This filter can handle several char sets (Greek, Russian, Czech ...). Migration of the Filter XTension to handle Unicode and OpenType® fonts.
Development of a new software architecture process to handle both QuarkXpress and Adobe InDesign in the Mac OS X application.
Management of several transversal projects in both the Windows and Mac OS X Operating Systems, such as a file replication process to ensure that all files on multiple distant sites are synchronized.
Development of Visual Basic .Net tools to extract text from Pdf files. The extraction is based on a statistical detection method of word spaces
