  Improvement of the communication strategy of a Department at Air Liquide
  
  A department wants to improve its communication strategy towards its users. To do that, it intends to implement a User Circle with a view to create a dynamic and a synergy around its new projects and Proof of Concept.The main goal is to align services offered by the department with the business issues.
  
  • Audit the As-Is - Manage the scoping phase and propose a fitted tool
  • Prepare and perform interviews/studies/workshops, then report them (synthesis and analysis)
  • Develop and formalize the tool (Structure and organization)
  • Equip the approach thanks to documentation and Business case
  • Communicate to the different stakeholders about the initiative and the project progress
  • Deliver an all-inclusive package which will allow the customer to easily set up the User Circle

  Providers sourcing - Important expectations in terms of cost reduction : 300 K€ Excl. tax / month with a total cost of 20 M€ Excl. tax / year.
  For the project manager, the objectives are to manage, to organize, to monitor, and to steer the industrial deployment of a major development project (More than 550 sites worldwide to be steered).
  
  This full-scale project gathers a number of customers, providers and representatives in an international context and implies a special attention to the respect of costs, time, security and quality parameters.
  One of the biggest project within this Total Department these last 2-3 years.
  
  • Monitor and manage the deployment - Manage the different stakeholders (Providers and
  Contractors)
  • Define and set up the security policy to be deployed depending on the criticality of the sites
  • Propose, define, maintain and respect industrialized processes with the different stakeholders
  so as to secure some actions and to facilitate exchanges
  • Organize and prepare the operations from the administrative and logistics point of view
  • Manage the incidents - Escalate when needed
  • Communicate with the stakeholders worldwide about the operations and the state of progress
  of the project
  • Monitor the billing – Monitor the planning
  • Keep up with the pace of deployment : 16 sites / week
  • Be in charge of the weekly follow-up meetings with the different providers and/or customers
  Be in charge of the weekly report
  • Call conferences in english with department's customers
  
  Cost benchmark analysis at DSV
  
  DSV group reviews its sourcing strategy and activates before the end of the current contract a benchmark clause so as to check that its providers' prices offered are not too far from the market.
  
  • Analyze and study DSV providers’ data by geographical area (localization, pricing,
  contracts)
  • Build an adapted cost model to be compared
  • Compare the providers’ data with the reference model and emphasize the trends
  • Benchmark by country and by contract
  • Write a clear report including a synthesis, recommendations and bringing out the alerts
  • Introduce the results of the study to the Department of DSV via a conference call between
  Paris and the Denmark

  2013 - 2013 8-month internship at KPF Group, within the framework of my last year in engineering school.
  I have acquired knowledge in the Change Request Management processes in major companies.
  
  Internal Project: Set up a Business Process Monitoring offer
  
  Groupe KPF wishes acquire knowledge in Business Process Monitoring tools offered by some ERPs. It allows the proactive monitoring of the critical business processes and the creation of reports. A demonstration model for promotional purpose will also be created, then a training for internal employees will follow.
  
  • Formalize and set up the Business Processes on the ERP
  • Analyse critical business process steps
  • Implement the BPMon tool on Solution Manager
  • Formalize test scenarios and implement acceptance tests
  • Animate workshops for internal users to apprehend the tool
  • Introduce the solution to the customers (English webconf)

  Set up a Change Request Management Process on Louis Vuitton Malletier's ERP.
  
  • Audit the existing workflows and develop an action plan
  • Set up the urgent and normal change workflows
  • Dialog with the workflows stakeholders
  • Responsible of the Quality Process regarding these evolutions
  • Review the documentation in english

• Astropolis Festival - Volunteer - Events

  2010 - 2010 Accompanying of the international artists all along the festival. I had to pick them up at the airport/railroad station, to bring them to their hotel, to their restaurant, to the different places of the festival. A great experience.
