En résumé

Graduated from university in software engineers joined industry to develop software for airborne computers during a couple of years at Thomson which became THALES. Then I decided to move to SAGEM (SAFRAN group).
Completely immerged in Defence business, I developped successfully my expertise in program management and particularly ran the Air Force Mission Planning System.
In 2001 I was selected to propose the SAGEM answer to the harsh competition for FELIN, the French dismounted soldier modernisation program. In this world of men I successfully ran the competition and then became the program manager of this big contract.
In 2007 I became programs director of Optonics and Defense Division of SAGEM.
In all my functions, I demonstrated my capabilities to lead important teams of experts in system architecture, electronics, optronics, software...
In recognition of my contribution to major programs of French Army, I received the distinction of “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” .
In 2010 I was selected by IHEDN to join the 63rd promotion “Politique de Défense Nationale”.
In 2012 I became programs director of SAFRAN Electronics Division. In this last post, I'm responsible for software and electronics of all SAFRAN programs (engines, wheels & brakes, actuators, monitoring,...)
Born in 1959 Jeanne-Marie LOTA is mother of tow daughters and spends her remaining time available in jogging, playing tennis, reading and painting.
