Job responsibilities:
Training of the staffs Boost the sales to achieve targets. Keep the team motivates and hire some new team members. End of the day sales and accounting reports. Taking care of the clientele and market (mostly French speaking and English speaking). Organizing training and wine supplier visit (seminar, Dinner, market visit schedule). Organizing event within the market and in our office (tasting event, degustation, sport events).
